1.3.2. Contact persons: Your representatives on the portal

When registering, the group names one or more responsible representatives. These designated persons are authorized to represent the group and can therefore act on behalf of the group on the portal. In addition, these persons will be contacted by the AStA or the Culture Committee as representatives of the student group.

These individuals are essentially the administrators of the student group and can perform extensive actions on the portal on behalf of the group. Therefore, please ensure that any changes to your group’s representatives, e.g. after the election of a new board, are promptly updated in the portal.

The contact persons of a group are not displayed publicly.
