1.3.5. Activity reports#
If you would like to receive financial support as a student group, you must upload an activity report about your work in the past semester. These reports help the Culture Committee get a better picture of your group.
There are no strict guidelines on how exactly the report should be structured. We would ask you to keep it concise and cover at least the following aspects (relating to the entire semester):
Thematic focus of the group
Frequency of your meetings (if you meet regularly)
Overview of your events and activities during the past semester (topic, date, location, number of participants)
Note
If your group was not active at all in the past semester (e.g., because you are newly founded), then you do not need to upload an activity report.
