1.3.3. Update contact details#

You can enter various contact details for your group on the portal. These are used by the AStA and the culture committee to contact your group. They also give interested students the opportunity to find out more about your group or contact you directly.

1.3.3.1. Contact email address#

The email address is used by interested students to contact your group and is publicly displayed. Providing this information is optional; your contact persons will be contacted in any case regarding your requests.

1.3.3.2. Homepage#

The homepage provides further information for interested students and is publicly displayed. This information is optional.

1.3.3.4. Contact phone number#

This information allows the AStA to contact your group directly in urgent and time-critical cases, e.g. immediately before or during one of your events. We therefore ask you to provide a number where you can be reached in such cases, i.e. not a landline number. The telephone number will of course not be made public.
