1.4.5. Discussion in the culture committee

The culture committee is a committee of the student parliament and decides on funding requests at its monthly meetings. If your request is to be discussed at a meeting, you will be explicitly invited. A representative of your group must then be present at the meeting. Requests must generally be submitted at least two weeks before a committee meeting in order to be considered.

At the meeting, you can present the request to the committee and answer any questions from the committee members. The committee members will then decide on the funding application.
