1.2.1. What exactly are student groups?

Student groups are groups of students at the University of Bonn which are registered with the AStA. We distinguish between political groups and cultural groups. Political groups run in university elections and are excluded from financial support. All other groups are considered cultural groups and are eligible for both general and financial support.
